A life devoted to helping people discover their purpose

Carl John Fechner is an author, entrepreneur, and transformational coach with a life mission to help people discover their purpose and live it with confidence, clarity, and impact.

He is the Founder and Director of the Find Your Destiny™ Workshops and the Growing Deep and Strong® Blueprint for Success, an internationally recognised personal growth and purpose led leadership pathway that has helped people from all walks of life break limitations, discover their potential, and influence their world for good.

From business success to life transformation

Raised on a sheep and beef property in country Victoria, Carl learned early about hard work, innovation, and perseverance. He went on to build and transform multiple businesses, mentoring and developing high performance teams across various industries.

But behind the outward success, he wrestled with questions many people face: Who am I really? What is my purpose? Why, after achieving so much, do I still feel unfulfilled?

Those questions led him on a personal journey that changed everything. After experiencing business failure during Australia’s 1990 recession, Carl began to explore the deeper meaning of success and discovered that true fulfilment begins when purpose and destiny align.

A catalyst for purpose and change

Combining decades of business experience with years of coaching and spiritual development, Carl has designed frameworks that help people uncover their true identity, release limiting beliefs, and activate the vision within them.

His workshops and programs are known for their clarity, practicality, and life changing outcomes, guiding participants to hear from God, discover their calling, and gain the tools to live it out with courage and success.

Carl’s ability to bridge the practical and the spiritual makes his teaching relevant to anyone seeking direction, whether they come from a faith background or not. His work continues to equip individuals, business leaders, and influencers to live intentionally and create positive change in their families, communities, and industries.

A vision to equip and empower

Through Growing Deep and Strong® Blueprint for Success and the Find Your Destiny™ Workshops, Carl carries a clear mandate: to help people discover their destiny, equip them with tools for personal transformation, and empower them to fulfil it in their unique sphere of influence.

His vision extends beyond personal success. It is about raising people who become catalysts for hope, restoration, and leadership in every sector of society, from business and education to the arts, government, and community life.

Carl lives in regional Victoria with his wife Karen, his closest partner in life and vision, and together they continue to inspire others to grow deep, live strong, and walk boldly in their purpose.
